Gucci vintage 1980's Ivory Silk Pleated Blouse.  Ivory vertical pleated silk blouse with half sleeves and ivory shell carved GG buttons.  Marked size IT46 but fits like overall M *USA 6/8).  Can be worn loose and oversized on a S.  16" shoulder seams, garment chest is 40", opening at hem is maximum 39".  Excellent pre-owned.
